A decade in law and real estate
Juan Krauel has spent the last decade working as a lawyer and a real estate developer in Madrid and Marbella.
After working as a finance lawyer at Uría Menéndez and Allen & Overy, he moved to Marbella in 2021 to focus on real estate law and transaction management.
He has also directly managed complete real estate development projects on the Costa del Sol, including projects for third parties.
His experience in real estate financing, transactions and development allows him to advise clients on every side of a property deal.
