Juan Krauel is an experienced real estate lawyer and developer based in Marbella, where he has supported 200+ clients and managed a portfolio of eleven residential projects

He began his career in Madrid, working as a finance lawyer in the leading law firms Uría Menéndez and Allen & Overy. During these years, he advised on a wide range of financing transactions, including real estate project finance.

In 2021, he moved to Marbella, where he focused on real estate law and transaction management as an independent professional and in collaboration with other legal professionals.

Since 2023, Juan Krauel has also led Casas Fintech, a boutique real estate development firm in Costa del Sol, managing a portfolio of eleven residential projects and gaining first-hand experience in the financial, legal, operational and commercial aspects of real estate development.​
